manufacturer and one of largest raw sheet mask base of R&D and production
in China , located in Shenzhen, manufacturing various specification of spunlace
nonwoven materials,there are rich materials for you to choose, e.g. Cotton, viscose,
Tencel ,cupro, silk, Seaweed,Fruit fiber,microfiber Bamboo Charcoal ,Binchotan ,hydrogel,
graphene ,elastic etc, All these materials are eco friendly and can be
biodegrdade with a certain condition, and also it can be used for
face,nose,eyes,lips,neck,breast,underarm,belly ,feet,any part of our body or
used for cotton pad or dry wipes etc. We support that you customize your own unique
material or your unique color or your unique printed personality sheet masks
for your own company.
Now we
formed a whole chain. We have our own spunlace nonwoven factory,cut facory and
fold factory, a one-station service,such as we also can offer customized pouches
and customized boxes for sheet masks.
Capacity:
Nonwoven Factory,15tons each 10 hours
Cut Factory,1.5million PCS each 8 hours in auto-cut production line
Fold Factory,50units auto-Fold Machines,1.5 million PCS in each 8 hours.
